when the solar plexus is clear, we're tapped into our creative flow. we feel confident, bold and ready to take on life's challenges ~ and when it's blocked, we can feel powerless, fearful, ashamed and anxious. we end up holding ourselves back, repeating old patterns and believing narratives that keep us there. this series is to about activating your life force and embracing your creative gifts!

Together we'll;

• unpack triggers like shame, low self esteem, imposter syndrome, etc.
• explore how to cultivate + maintain healthy creative expression
• how to enjoy the process of becoming
